Catching Fire

• More advanced skills in fire making, bushcraft, plant medicine, stories with more depth, universal cultural teachings, wildlife trailing, and more as we follow what feels most emergent!

• Time with peers where this older cohort get all priority attention of the mentors, differing from the mixed age groups of most Wilding Ed offerings. 

• A rite of passage designed to meet your child at their threshold of development, step into something new, and celebrate with you!

Program Details

Ages: 10–13 years old (mature 9 year-olds with prior nature connection experience can be considered on an individual basis).

Schedule: 10 monthly Saturday sessions from September through June

Dates: Sept 19, Oct 17, Nov 14, Dec 12, Jan 30, Feb 27, March 27, April 24, May 22, with a rite of passage camping trip in Duvall.

Class size: Max of 12, with 2 mentors (Storm and Grace)

Tuition: $950 for the full 10-session program. 

Payment Options: $450 is due at enrollment, with the remaining $500 due by January 30th. If you need a different payment plan, please reach out and we will work with you.
